Many of our majors work on campus, and some do so right in our department, gaining experience relevant to their studies or putting their creative skills to work.
Other jobs on campus of special interest for classics student may be found at University Museums, the Modlin Center for the Arts, and Boatwright Memorial Library.
Office Assistant & Archaeology Lab Assistant
Office assistants help create flyers for lectures and events and assist faculty with scanning, proofreading, data entry, and bibliographic work. Archaeology lab assistants clean, mend, catalog, and photograph artifacts, participate in field mapping projects, and help with database management.
